Safety rules and laws are for the protection of the worker, for his or her own welfare as well for the safety of our customers. Compliance with OSHA safety requirements, state and local laws and regulations are mandatory at MINCO, Inc.
MINCO, Inc. has a substance abuse program for all employees, which includes pre-hire drug screening as well as random, for cause and post-accident screening.

Apprenticeship Program
MINCO, Inc. has a four-year apprenticeship program accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research. Upon completion of the four-year program an employee is a skilled craft worker in the field of insulation. MINCO, Inc. goal is to provide quality, highly trained craftsmen for every project.
